Depending on your case type, I offer either a free case evaluation or a paid strategy consultation — see which applies to you. A free case evaluation determines whether I can take your case and quotes a flat fee. For petitions I file, strategy and evidence development are part of the engagement itself. A strategy consultation is for questions that don’t involve a petition I’d prepare — which path is available to you, status, travel, and timing. Free Case Evaluation
Screening for fit and fee

I evaluate your case and quote a flat fee. For:
- Employers & sponsors — H-1B, L-1, E-1/E-2, O-1, EB-1–EB-3 *Consultations requested by the beneficiary personally, or in the name of a company managed by the beneficiary, are classified as strategic consultations.
- Self-petitioners — EB-1A, EB-2 NIW, EB-5 (resume required)
- Family-based green cards, naturalization, reentry permits, green card renewals (I-90)
For any matter I might file — petitions, employer-sponsored visas, naturalization, green card renewal or replacement, reentry permits. Complete the intake form for your matter. Within 1 business day I’ll tell you in writing whether I can take your case and quote a flat fee. This is a screening for fit and fee — not legal advice. If your case needs analysis before I can quote it, I’ll say so before anything is charged.
Strategy Consultation
30 minutes
$200
One focused question — eligibility, strategy, or next steps — on any immigration matter.
Examples:
- “When is it safe to travel while my application is pending?”
- “How does my past immigration or tax history affect my case?”

Multiple questions, complex history, or a full case-strategy session.
Examples:
- “Consular processing or adjustment of status — which fits my family’s plans?”
- “How should I structure my own company to sponsor my visa?”

A note on individual questions by phone, email, or contact form: To ensure the accuracy of my advice, I answer questions about your specific situation only within a consultation, where I can review the full facts. For case consultations and legal questions: All consultation requests must be submitted through the Intake Form on this page. Requests or questions sent by email, phone message, or the contact form will not receive a substantive response; you will simply be directed to submit the intake form. Submitting the intake form is the fastest way to reach us. Thank you for your understanding.
